In 1904 no one expected the disaster in the Norwegian city of Oslo, where an earthquake measuring 5.4 on the Richter scale occurred. The center of this earthquake was in Oslo Grappen, which passes under the Norwegian capital on a regular basis. The film is a documentary about a painful reality for many years because of that earthquake, which may be repeated - according to expectations - by the same scale that happened in Oslo.
