Ondrej Vetchy graduated at 1984 at Prague Conservatory in musical-drama department. His first achievement was the part of young devil in one of the best Czech fantasy for children ever - S certy nejsou zerty (There Are No Jokes with Devils) from the director Hynek Bocan. Ondrej Vetchy succeed like only one Czech movie actor at European Film Awards, when he was nominated for the part of cool masher Dan in drama Dum pro dva. He achieved in comedies as well as in dramas.
