Hunter Reese Peña, the son of Mexican immigrant parents, was raised in California's Central Valley. He is a bilingual actor residing in Los Angeles, CA.Inspired by Lena Dunham's accomplishments with HBO's Girls, his most notable venture in writing/directing paired him with comedy legend Martin Lawrence for a social media short, giving him the opportunity to direct and learn from Mr. Lawrence, and garnering over one hundred thousand views on Facebook.Hunter fell in love with acting when he landed his first theater role at the age of 19.
